    UIC has recently received the honor of “Best Cafeteria Food” by the NCSCAA, National Collegiate Standout Culinary Achievement Association, chaired by none other than “Supersize Me” mastermind, Morgan Spurlock. This award was based on several criteria: high standards of student satisfaction, the diversity of food choices, service, culinary perfection, and at the top of the list: health and freshness.
